Europa’s Service Promise- We guarantee your satisfaction with any salon or spa experience you have with us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your experience, or have a concern, please let us know promptly so that we may correct it to your level of contentment.
We accept local checks with valid ID, Cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
In order to be fair and considerate to all of our guests, if you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we reserve the right to change the service(s) you receive according to time restraints and availability, or reschedule the appointment.
Out of consideration for other guests and our service providers, we ask that you please CALL us at 970-407-8223 a minimum of 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Confirmation text messages and/or emails are sent to our guests 24-48 hours prior to scheduled appointment times as a courtesy to remind you of the upcoming appointment.
Europa promises to respect the privacy of our guests’ personal information. When you provide us with an email address, we will never sell or share your personal information for any reason. Your contact information will remain on file for internal use only within our business, and to send information or promotional materials to you, depending on your personal preferences.

To enhance your rejuvenating experience with us, please arrive at Europa fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment. This allows you time to check in, fill out any necessary paperwork, change and familiarize yourself with Europa’s luxurious spa.

Scheduled appointments are preferred, but not always necessary. We accept walk-in’s whenever possible, but cannot guarantee an appointment will be available when you arrive. We recommend that you schedule your next appointment at check-out, prior to leaving Europa, to guarantee your salon or spa service is available with your preferred service provider, on the day and time that works best for you.
